wagyu steak & chorizo ground beef burger with melted gouda & oaxacan cheese, pico de gallo, lettuce medley, red onion, avocado, garlic & chipotle aiolis; between two corn tortillas, served with cotija tajin seasoned sweet potato fries, or pickled vegetables
Some things we liked include:
- Something totally different.
- Nice flavor.
- Sweet potatoe fries were unique.
This is an interesting concept, and probably would score higher if the tortillas were cooked more, or if flower was an option. It came across as kind of soft.
