Some things we liked include:

Outstanding meat!
Condiments weren't classic, but they were good.
Toasted bun fit in nicely without overtaking, or breaking.

This is a top quality burger! The arugula hits the farm theme, but overpowers a great burger. That's okay... take a little off, and enjoy an awesome burger. Potatoes were an interesting twist, and well played... they're crunchy.
