Family owned and operated. Chef Erik Hangman is a Napa Native with a passion for BBQ and Open Fire cooking in a mobile food trailer. His biggest Chef Mentors are Francis Mallman and Thomas Keller, having worked at Ad Hoc in Yountville previously for Chef Keller. He lives up to the highest standards instilled in him while working there.

Some things we liked include:

The meat had a distinct flavor.
As a smash burger it was juicy.
Toasted bun and condiments made a great total package.

This is a very tasty burger. It's obvious that the flavors are deeper than just a burger.
