Grilled Creekstone Farms Beef Cheeseburger - $20.50
1/2 lb, cooked medium, wine stewed, onions, swiss cheese, secret sauce, french fries, house made dill pickle, add hobb’s smoked Bacon $3, add Avocado $2.50
Some things we liked include:
- Bun tasted good, and didn't fall apart.
- Meat was medium rare (but it comes that way).
- Stewed onions made for an interesting stand alone topping.
This is a "soft" burger (untoasted bun, stewed onions, and medium rare). There was nothing to give any texture. This isn't a bad thing; it's a good burger. One thought top ten, and one felt halfway through that it was all the same. Make no mistake though, the meat was cooked right on, and the quality of ingredients were right on, so this very well may be a top level burger for some.
