- Nice thick cut, evenly cooked.
- Great seasoning on the crust.
- Flavor of the meat.
This is a great Prime Rib. It only comes with mashed potatoes, so be ready to pony up another 8 or so for something green. That's a sad way to be kept off the Best Of list, because the steak part is there...
