caramelized onions & peppers, spicy creole mustard, arugula on ciabatta bread served with greek fries, and choice of feta or cheddar
Some things we liked include:
- Great flavor, sweet onions caramelized to perfection.
- Great quality of Lamb, cooked perfectly.
- Red sweet peppers added just a hint of spicy.
Arugula with feta cheese below it added a strong cheesy flavor and great crunch without overwhelming the lamb.
