Spam Fries - $11

spam panko crusted and fried served with mango habanero sauce and mustard

Some things we liked include:

Great idea to use Panko over Spam.
Red sauce nice and sweet.
Mustard sauce easy on the nose.

This is a great concept, and the Spam can is cute... but never serve a half empty dish, and Panko is lace to a ribbon, and this is ribbon execution.
