Balsamic Vinaigrette

Balsamic vinaigrette is a rich, dark vinaigrette with a bold, sweet, and tangy flavor. It's most commonly used as a salad dressing, but it also works well as an ingredient in marinades, sauces, and so much more.

Ingredients

  • Honey (1 qt)
  • Mustard, Dijon (48 oz)
  • Oil, 75/25 (6 gal)
  • Vinegar, Balsamic (2.25 gal)

Steps

  1. Premix all ingredients except oil.
  2. Blend and add oil slowly.
  3. Adjust seasoning with salt and pepper.
