Biscuits - Cheddar with Ham
Cheddars are a British brand of baked Cheddar cheese-flavoured savoury biscuits. They were originally manufactured and sold by Crawfords.
Ingredients
- Ham, Kurobuta (6 oz)
- Cheddar Cheese, Tillamook (8 oz)
- Apricot Mustard (3 fl 0z)
- Frozen Butter Biscuits (Adjusted) (24 ea)
Steps
- Add the Cheddar Cheese to the Frozen Butter Biscuit recipe and make them.
- Cut the biscuits and put Apricot Mustard on each side.
- Put 1/4 ounce of ham on the bottom piece, then place the top on.
Notes
If necessary in step 5, add a bit more milk to gather up stray flour. This kneading will strengthen the dough a bit, but not enough to toughen up the biscuits. It will also help them form a crisp crust when they bake.
