Grilled Asparagus
Fresh asparagus spears are coated with a bit of oil, salt, and pepper and cooked quickly over high heat on the grill. That's it!
Ingredients
- Asparagus (11 lbs)
- Lemon Juice (1 tsp)
- Oil, 75/25 (2 fl oz)
- Pepper, Whole Black - cracked (1.5 oz)
- Salt, Kosher (4 oz)
Steps
- Chop the ends off the asparagus.
- Whisk the lemon juice and oil, then toss with the asparagus.
- Grill until tender, let cool.
- Adjust the seasoning with salt and pepper
