Chilled Jalapenos with Goat Cheese - $8
two peppers split open and stuffed with cheese, served with pickled carrots
Some things we liked include:
- Pepper was perfect texture, and nicely flavored.
- Cheese was thick, and mild.
- The pepper is the show, but the carrots were sensational.
It's easy to forget this is chilled, because it looks hot. There's a lot of flavor on this plate.
