rib-eye steak with pineapple-soy-ginger marinade, served with french fries
Some things we liked include:
- Meat was perfectly to temp.
- Marinade was there, but not overpowering.
- Grill marks gave a little crisp.
This is a great lunch or dinner if you like steak. It was very tasty, and they have several wines to pair.
