What makes the best Mexican food? Some things we are fans of include:

  • Hot, thin, salty chips and salsa (able to get pure heat to add).
  • Base texture and flavor to the rice and beans.
  • Freshly made versus out of a can.
  • Bonus for a full bar, or micro brews on tap.

With common ingredients making up most of the dishes we feel freshness has the greatest impact. Also some elements are made in bulk (rice, beans), so how they handle the time also has a big impact on the total menu.
